This session examines the process of speeding-up the adoption and implementation of digital technologies and solutions including developing a clear strategy and fostering a culture of innovation

3:15 – 3:30 pm: Break

3:30 – 4:30 pm: Plenary Session | Organizational Change Management – This session explores key steps in the organizational change management process such as assessment, developing a plan, stakeholder engagement, implementation, and evaluation. We will discuss different approaches in which organizations can adapt and thrive in an ever-changing business environment.

4:30 – 5:30 pm: Cohort Networking Roundtable 

As a response to overwhelming feedback received at the 2022 Billion Dollar CIO Roundtable to pursue more “informal” benchmarking opportunities, we will be introducing a new opportunity at the Spring 2023 Roundtable. During this discussion period, we will share some key high-level benchmark information on IT spend. A document will be shared in advance of the event to capture the necessary information for fruitful discussion and learning. NAW is proud to partner with Microsoft for an exclusive opportunity at their Technology Center located in downtown Chicago. CIO’s in attendance will be escorted to the MTC for the session on AI & Predictive Analytics. MTCs deliver immersive industry experiences and deep technical engagement focused on business outcomes. Microsoft’s senior architects will be on-site to help understand the art of the possible and make it real by creating solutions to achieve business outcomes.
