Evan Sears is the Manager of Education on the Innovation and Member Advancement team at NAW.
He contributes to the development of learning opportunities and educational programming. Prior to NAW, Evan worked with Constellation Brands where he learned firsthand how the beverage alcohol wholesale and distribution industry is structured with the three-tier system. He completed his B.S. in Management and minored in Economics at St. John Fisher College before to coming to the DMV. A native of Upstate New York, Evan is an avid golfer who enjoys attending concerts and going to sporting events.
