The National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors sent letters to the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice requesting them to investigate the General Services Administration’s (GSA) proposed e-Marketplace platform and Amazon’s unfair and anti-competitive practices and processes.
