This update is being written as Congress is halfway through the second week of its post-election lame duck session. At this moment in time, we do not know what Congress will be able to complete this session, and predictions are difficult. This update is, therefore, a snapshot of this moment in time. Below you will find updates on the outstanding issues with which Congress must deal before the end of the year, reports on other major issues of importance to NAW members, and more information on Leadership in the next Congress.
