FAQ’s for the new NAW.org/mdm website
MDM.com has transitioned to NAW.org/mdm as part of the evolution of MDM Premium into the NAW Professional Membership. This page provides answers to common questions about the website move, login changes, account access, and new site enhancements.
Account & Login
Q. Why is MDM.com moving to NAW.org?
MDM Premium has evolved into the NAW Professional Membership, combining MDM’s market intelligence with NAW’s broader leadership, benchmarking, and community resources. Consolidating the experience under NAW.org/mdm ensures members have one unified home for content, tools, and account management.
Q. What happened to my MDM Premium membership?
MDM Premium has been sunset and fully transitioned into the NAW Professional Membership. If you previously subscribed to MDM Premium, your access continues under NAW. No action needed beyond setting a new password.
Q. Do I need to create a new account?
No. Your account has already been migrated. If you were an MDM Premium subscriber, you’ll simply reset your password the first time you log in at NAW.org/mdm.
Q. Why do I have to reset my password?
For your security. MDM.com used a different authentication system, and passwords cannot be transferred between platforms. All former MDM Premium members must reset their password to activate their account on NAW.org/mdm.
Q. What about current NAW Members?
Current NAW Members do not need to reset their password. You’ll now use your existing MyNAW login to access premium MDM content directly through NAW.org/mdm.
Q. How do I reset my password?
- Go to NAW.org/mdm
- Select Log In
- Choose Forgot Password
- Enter your username or email associated with your account
- Check your inbox for a password reset email
- Follow the link in that email and create your new password
If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact Member Support if you need assistance.
Q. Does this change my membership benefits?
Your benefits expand. You now receive everything from MDM Premium plus NAW’s professional development, benchmarking, leadership resources, and community access. Visit this page to see the full set of benefits.
Q. What if I previously logged in with a company email that has changed?
Contact Member Support and we’ll update your profile so you can access your account.
New Site Experience
Q. What improvements does the new site offer?
Your new experience includes:
- One login across NAW and MDM content
- Deeper, more accurate search
- Faster performance across pages and content
- Stronger session security and account‑level controls
- Improved navigation and reorganized content structure
- Streamlined access to premium reports, research, and intelligence
- Mobile‑optimized layouts
- Consistent design across NAW’s full membership ecosystem
These upgrades make it easier to find what you need and stay connected to the full value of your membership.
Billing & Access
Q.Will this affect my billing or upcoming invoices?
Your membership billing continues through NAW at your current price. Your member benefits have increased while the price remains the same.
Q. My organization has multiple MDM Premium users. What happens now?
Each user will need to reset their password individually. If you manage multiple seats, Member Support can confirm your roster and ensure all users have access.
Q. Will my saved content or site preferences transfer?
Your membership status and access level have transferred. Saved articles, bookmarks, or personal site preferences from MDM.com did not migrate due to platform differences.
Q. A previously purchased item is missing from my account. What should I do?
If you purchased a report, dataset, or other MDM item and don’t see it in your account, contact Member Support. We can quickly confirm your purchase and send the item directly to you.
Q. Is the MDM.com website going away?
Yes. MDM.com will automatically redirect you to NAW.org/mdm at launch.
Q. Will my login work across the entire NAW website?
Yes. Once you reset your password (if you were an MDM Premium member) or log in with your MyNAW credentials (if you’re a current NAW member), your access extends across NAW.org.
