A statement was released to the press by the Marketplace Fairness Coalition last evening.  NAW serves on the coalition’s management committee.  The quote attributed to NAW comes from the NAW amicus brief in support of South Dakota’s petition to the U.S. Supreme Court for a  Writ of Certiorari in South Dakota v. Wayfair.  The Supreme Court agreed to hear the case and oral argument is scheduled for April 17th.
