Matt Clarke serves as Manager of Public Affairs & Communications at the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors, where he supports the association’s government affairs communications and media relations efforts on behalf of the wholesale distribution industry.

Mr. Clarke brings more than a decade of strategic communications and public affairs experience across association, agency, and in-house environments. Prior to joining NAW, he held communications roles at Silverline Communications, Ketchum, and Edelman, and served as Communications Manager at the American Medical Group Association (AMGA), where he built an integrated communications program and developed relationships with national press. He has secured more than 250 media placements throughout his career, with coverage in Bloomberg, Reuters, the Financial Times, The Washington Post, Forbes, and Axios.

Mr. Clarke holds a Master of Health Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from West Virginia University.
