Kim Ordonez is the Membership Experience Specialist. She strategic member engagement at NAW through structured outreach efforts, including “NAW in 20” executive calls and on-site visits. Her focus is on strengthening relationships, understanding member priorities, and aligning NAW’s resources to deliver meaningful value. She also manages the member service fulfillment process, ensuring timely, high-quality support through a centralized system. Prior to joining NAW, Kim served in the U.S. Army as a Human Resources Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology.
