Erin Cohn Donnellan is the Senior Manager of Programs & Education at NAW, where she is responsible for designing and executing programming and content strategy that drive member engagement. She leads program development, speaker engagement, and content curation, collaborating across departments to deliver valuable experiences for NAW members.

Prior to joining NAW, Erin served as the Member Engagement Associate at the School Nutrition Association, where she developed initiatives to strengthen member engagement.

Erin earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Tulane University, with minors in Psychology and Management. A Washington, D.C. native, she enjoys cheering on the city’s sports teams.
