Dan Schuberth serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW), helping to lead the organization from Washington, D.C. since 2020. In his role, Dan oversees strategy and execution across membership growth, business development, and corporate partnerships. Under his leadership, NAW has achieved historic growth and scale in both membership and revenue, strengthening its position as the voice of the wholesale distribution industry in our nation’s capital.

Dan previously held leadership roles in finance, sales, human resources, and operations at McMaster-Carr, one of the largest and most respected industrial supply distributors in the United States. A longtime advocate for public service, Dan was elected City Council President in Robbinsville, New Jersey, and has served on nonprofit boards advancing mental health and pediatric brain tumor research. He currently serves on the Washington, D.C. Advisory Council to the United States Commission on Civil Rights.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Government & Legal Studies from Bowdoin College and master’s degrees in Organizational Dynamics and Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife Natalie live in the Eastern Market neighborhood of Capitol Hill.
