
Caroline Cianciola is the Member Experience Analyst at NAW. She leads efforts to strengthen and personalize engagement with our member companies through a strategic, data-informed approach. Her focus is to ensure that members’ needs are tracked and reflected in Salesforce, completed promptly, and meet high quality standards. She uses performance metrics to guide strategy, track engagement, and deliver consistent, high value service to our members.
Caroline is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining NAW, she received her Master’s Degree in International Political Theory from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
