Now that the policy of tax reform is finished and signed into law, we are moving into the politics of tax reform. Saying thank you is as important to advocacy as making the ask, and NAW needs your help. After championing the importance of the 199A small business deduction, keeping corporate rates unchanged, and making business expensing permanent, we need to say thank you to those that supported us, and tell the story of how these changes impact our industry and your business. Heading into August recess, members of Congress will be back in their districts, attending picnics, shaking hands, kissing babies, and…. talking about tax reform. This is prime time for us to engage and say thank you.
