Patricia Rausch is the Vice President of Education at NAW.
She leads innovative educational programming and learning development initiatives, dedicated to advancing the knowledge and skills within the distribution industry. In addition, she serves as the Executive Director of the Association Executive Council (AEC), spearheading programming and partnerships across NAW and its member national associations. Prior to joining NAW, she spent 14 years at the Leadership Institute managing various programmatic capacities, including the career, political, and fundraising training divisions. Rausch began her career toiling around the country on federal, state, and local political campaigns and grassroots initiatives.
