The National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (“NAW” or “we”) believes in your right to privacy when using the Internet for your communication. NAW does not promise that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the site or any content, search or link on it. The site and its content are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. NAW disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including also any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose concerning the site or its content. This means that you, and not NAW or its representatives, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the site. NAW does not control the content posted to the site by others and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.

User agrees to not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or inappropriate. NAW has the right in its sole discretion to remove any content from the site without notice.

Added Terms of Use for NAW Nucleus

NAW Nucleus (the “service”) is available for use by users deemed eligible by NAW.  By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms, and the following added terms.

1. Artificial Intelligence Assistance: The service you are interacting with is an AI-powered system designed to provide assistance and information. Artificial intelligence is an evolving technology that is probabilistic in nature.  It does not represent a human and may generate responses based on patterns and data that are not always accurate, reliable or relevant.

Any information provided by the service is for informational purposes only and should not be used by you as a substitute for professional judgment and advice.
