Founded by former SpaceX and Waymo engineers, we build computer-vision systems that autonomously capture certified freight data at the dock without changing your workflow, routing freight to a station, or retraining staff. At a busy dock, manual inspection covers only ~10% of freight. The other 90% moves with no reliable record, leaving distributors exposed on freight class disputes, damage claims, and chargebacks. Dockware’s systems easily mount above the staging area and passively dimension, inspect, and record every handling unit to NMFTA-certified accuracy as it moves. The result: a complete, timestamped record of what shipped and in what condition – accurate freight class before tender, defensible evidence against carrier adjustments, and margin recovered from inaccurate measurement.
