Naida Rooney is the Vice President of Events and Programs at NAW, where she leads the organization’s events strategy and oversees the planning and execution of its portfolio of conferences, meetings, and executive-level experiences.

With more than a decade of experience in association events, Naida has produced large-scale programs, developed sponsorship and revenue strategies, managed complex budgets, and created engaging experiences for members and industry leaders. Prior to joining NAW, she led the events portfolio at the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI), overseeing the organization’s executive forums and industry events.

Naida graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Event Management and earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2016. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband, Patrick.
