Greg Manns

Mr. Manns is a CPA and Senior Vice President of Industry Insights, Inc., headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. Industry Insights has been a trusted research partner and advisor for associations since 1980. Industry Insights specializes in providing data analytics and research services for associations and their members. Manns has directed more than 400 research projects during his tenure at Industry Insights and leads NAW’s Cross-Industry Compensation and Benefits Study. Over the past 30 years, his studies have been cited in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, and numerous association journals. He earned a Master of Science degree in Economics from Purdue University and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), National Association of Business Economists (NABE), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Mike Emerson
Managing Partner
Mike Emerson is a partner with Indian River Consulting Group, an experienced-based firm that focuses exclusively on market access and distribution channels. Mike joined Indian River in 1998 and has worked with hundreds of distributors and manufacturers of all sizes and within many lines of trade. As a partner in the firm, Mike has managed a broad array of projects. His main focus areas include compensation design, strategy facilitation, market research, data modeling, and analysis. Mike has also served as the firm’s General Manager since 2016.
