Graybar Elects New Board Member
The company recently elected David Meyer to its board of directors, a move that will take effect April 1.
The company’s income from operations for 2022 increased nearly 60% over the previous year, Graybar announced.
St. Louis-based electrical, communications and data networking distributor Graybar says its board of directors has elected David Meyer as a new director. Meyer is expected to join the board April 1.
Meyer joined Graybar in 2015 as vice president and chief information officer. He was named to his current position of VP of North American Subsidiaries in early 2022 and will become SVP and chief financial officer the same day he joins the board of directors, Graybar said.

“Dave is a proven leader with a remarkable ability to drive innovation and achieve positive results,” said Graybar’s Chairman, President and CEO Kathleen M. Mazzarella. “With his extensive background in technology, his business acumen, and his strategic perspective, Dave provides valuable insights that are vital to our company’s future. I congratulate him and look forward to serving with him as a member of Graybar’s Board of Directors.”
