The appointments of Pat Quint as CIO and Kristi Belhumeur as Chief Accounting Officer come amid continued investment in Parts Town’s technology, distribution network and acquisition strategy.
OEM foodservice, HVAC and residential appliance parts master distributor Parts Town Unlimited announced Oct. 20 that it has appointed Pat Quint as Chief Information Officer and Kristi Belhumeur as Chief Accounting Officer.

As CIO, Quint will lead the development and execution of Parts Town’s next-generation technology strategy, supporting the company’s continued growth. He previously served as CIO for two multibillion-dollar global organizations, Duravant and Mastronardi Produce.
Most recently, Quint was CIO at industrial manufacturing company Duravant, where his responsibilities included IT strategy, enterprise applications, operations, analytics, cybersecurity, cloud platforms and infrastructure.

Belhumeur will lead Parts Town’s global accounting, tax and treasury organizations. Her role also includes strengthening audit and enterprise readiness, improving financial systems and processes and supporting M&A integration. A CPA with more than 25 years of finance leadership experience, she most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer at facility solutions distributor BradyPLUS, overseeing a team of more than 150 across accounting, external reporting, tax, internal audit and shared services.

“Pat’s proven ability to turn technology into a strategic growth engine and unlock the full potential of AI-driven innovation, combined with Kristi’s deep expertise in multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions and finance transformation, makes them exceptional additions to our global leadership team,” Parts Town Unlimited CEO Bill Geary said.
The appointments follow several notable 2026 investments by Parts Town in distribution capacity and technology.
In August, the company announced plans for a 538,450-square-foot Global Fulfillment Center in the Atlanta area, its largest such facility to date. The Pendergrass, GA, location is expected to be occupied by the end of 2026 and will join fulfillment centers in Chicago, Phoenix and Munich. Parts Town said the addition will enable two-day delivery of mission-critical OEM parts to 93% of the U.S.
The facility will also incorporate AI-powered robotics, robotic conveyance and automation across packing, shipping sortation and receiving. More than 140 employees are expected to work at the site.
That expansion followed Parts Town’s June acquisition of 86 Repairs, a Chicago-based provider of repair and maintenance management technology used by more than 2,000 restaurant operators. The deal expanded Parts Town’s technology capabilities and is designed to more closely connect its OEM parts distribution infrastructure with repair, maintenance and equipment-performance data.
Parts Town Unlimited is the parent company of more than 50 brands worldwide focused on OEM parts distribution and technology-led field service.
