All State Fastener Opens Ohio DC, Eyes Acquisitions
The Michigan-based distributor has added more than 100,000 square feet of distribution capacity in 2026 and is targeting further expansion in Mexico and the Northeastern U.S.
Roseville, MI-based All State Fastener (ASF) announced Oct. 14 the opening of a distribution center in Chillicothe, OH, expanding its support for heavy truck manufacturers and their suppliers.
The facility at 360 Douglas Avenue replaces a nearby operation and houses tens of millions of dollars in inventory. It supports more than 40 employees, doubling ASF’s local headcount. Capabilities include kitting, assembly, sequencing, vendor-managed inventory, cross-docking and quality inspection.
The company said the new facility is particularly significant to its growing heavy truck business, providing additional distribution infrastructure close to major manufacturers and their tier networks. Ultimately, it allows ASF to hold greater inventory closer to customer production.
“All State Fastener is growing with purpose, expanding in the markets where our customers need us, investing ahead of demand and building the capabilities to win new business across a broader range of industries and products,” ASF CEO Dan Hill said in a news release. “We have ambitious plans for ASF, and the investments we’re making today are creating the platform for that next stage of growth.”
Hill — formerly the top executive Würth Industry North America — took over leadership of ASF in October 2025.
ASF also recently added operations in Renton, WA; Ste. Thérèse, Quebec; and Mexicali, Mexico. Together, the projects added more than 100,000 square feet to its North American network in 2026.
ASF is targeting additional facilities in Mexico and the Northeastern U.S. in 2027 and is seeking established fastener and component distributors as acquisition partners.
“All State Fastener is making significant investments in talent, facilities and technology across the company, demonstrating the breadth and intentionality of our growth plans moving forward.” ASF CFO Nolan Monforton added. “We are also aggressively pursuing acquisitions we believe can strengthen our capabilities, expand our reach and enhance the value we provide new and existing customers.”
The family-owned distributor sources more than 200,000 line items globally and delivers over 5 billion components annually. Alongside sourcing, ASF provides vendor-managed inventory programs and engineering and technical support.
