Three Acquisitions in 2026

Graybar’s financial performance has come alongside continued acquisition activity. The company completed three acquisitions during the first nine months of 2026:

  • Broken Arrow Electric Supply — Completed in March, the acquisition added an Oklahoma-based electrical distributor with seven locations serving residential, commercial, industrial and OEM customers. The deal marked Graybar’s 20th acquisition over the previous decade.
  • American Electric Supply — Completed in June, the deal added a Corona, CA-based electrical distributor serving commercial and industrial customers across Southern California.
  • Samson Electrical Supply — Completed in August, the acquisition expanded Graybar’s presence in New Jersey. Founded in 1949, South Plainfield-based Samson distributes electrical products, lighting solutions, power distribution equipment and MRO supplies.

All three acquired businesses have continued operating under their existing names as Graybar subsidiaries.

Graybar operates 355 distribution facilities across North America and is one of the continent’s largest employee-owned companies.
