Biography

Laura Arth serves Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) as Regional Vice President of Sales for its Mid-Atlantic Region and is based in ALHI’s Global Sales office in Washington, DC. She leads a team of nine ALHI Global Sales professionals who provide the region’s association executives, meeting professionals, business executives, and incentive specialists with ALHI’s Global Sales Organization services and support. She and her team work with planners to identify the ideal site solutions for their meetings and programs, with diverse options among ALHI’s outstanding portfolio of more than 250 Four- and Five-Diamond quality hotels and resorts worldwide—all specializing in meetings and incentive programs.

A prominent hospitality industry sales professional with a stellar reputation and exceptional sales and managerial skills, Laura was enthusiastically welcomed back to ALHI in March 2013 when she rejoined the organization as Regional Vice President of Sales for the Mid-Atlantic Region after a few years away. An 11-year veteran of ALHI as Vice President of Sales and later as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Laura departed ALHI in 2008 to develop a private company that launched a meeting and convention industry website, and which provided full-service meeting and event management for national associations and corporations domestically and abroad.

Known for being a tireless advocate for her clients, with a true passion to serve, Laura is an effective and solutions-oriented sales professional and team leader who is a valuable asset to her clients and ALHI’s Member hotels and resorts. She has received ALHI’s highest annual recognition as “ALHI Sales Executive of The Year” twice and also was the recipient of four “ALHI President’s Awards.”
