BiographyRobyn L Wheeler is a Senior Consultant in Towers Watsonís Talent and Rewards practice based out of Chicago, IL. As a member of the Integrated Solutions Team, Robyn applies her experience in both consulting and corporate environments to develop and implement innovative and practical Human Capital solutions to address business challenges.
Prior to joining Towers Watson, Robyn worked as a consultant to design and align integrated talent management strategies to key business objectives, optimize global Human Capital processes, design/embed global talent development programs and design/implement change management strategies to support organizational change.
During her tenure in corporate roles she led Employee Engagement and Global Mobility for both a private and public organization, as well as led strategic international compensation and global organizational effectiveness for the private organization. Her priority in these roles was to align key business priorities with talent management programs while ensuring applicability and alignment with stakeholders worldwide. She also served as a senior HR Business Partner for a global job family, focusing on attracting, retaining and developing employees in London, Shanghai, Delhi and the US for this key role to the organizationís business strategy.
Robyn has her Masters in Public & International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and her BA with a double major in
International Relations and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.
