Jeff has specialized experience in the areas of learning, organization development, and talent acquisition. Throughout his career he has enjoyed being a part of leading wholesale organization culture change, working with and learning from different cultures and opportunities to quickly impact the business.
Jeff graduated with a B.S. in biology and a MBA from Olivet Nazarene University. He holds multiple certifications in pshycometric assessments, organization diagnostics and leadership facilitation.
He and his wife, Kelly, have one son and two daughters. He enjoys SCUBA diving, hiking, fishing and playing golf.
