Keith Holland

Biography

As Corporate Sales Manager–MRO at Border States Electric Supply, Keith Holland has 27 years of wholesale distribution experience with MRO products. Keith is leading a convergence and transformation of products and services across the construction, industrial, and utility markets. While much of his time has been serving the alliance or integrated supply customer channel, Keith is an enabler of change and an advocate for business process refinement in other distribution areas from the warehouse to branch and sales management and national account sales. While leading the Supply Chain Services team for Border States, Keith championed the formulation and strategy for the company’s cost-savings documentation program for the Sales and Product Specialist team. Using this methodology, the Border States team has documented more than $300 million in customer cost savings and helped America’s infrastructure builders implement new ideas and methods.

As an employee-owned company with more than 1,900 employees and 80 branches in 16 states, Border States is the eighth largest electrical distributor and one of the 100 largest private Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) companies in the United States. This environment and culture are key to unleashing the creative power of the company’s employee-owners to tackle challenges with a new approach, technology model, or method.
