Biography

Gary LaBranche is the President and CEO of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Founded in 1954, ACG’s 14,500 members are the investors, lenders, executives, and advisors to more than 25,000 of the world’s fastest-growing middle market companies. A global organization with 57 chapters, ACG’s annual revenue is $26 million.

ACG has achieved several milestones since Gary joined the organization in 2008, including membership growth of 20% with new chapters in Europe, Asia, and South America. In addition, ACG launched the Middle Market Growth suite of digital publications and entered into advocacy as “the Voice of the Middle Market,” which included the launch of GrowthEconomy.org and the creation of the Caucus on Middle Market Growth in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Gary decided on a career in association management while attending The Ohio State University. He served as CEO for three organizations and as a senior executive at the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining ACG, He was CEO for the Association Forum of Chicagoland.
