Paul Melville

Biography

Melville has over 20 years of experience in all areas of corporate advisory and has advised stakeholders including bank groups, customers, suppliers and shareholders in a number of different scenarios including company viability, reconstructions and debt restructuring, strategic options and formal insolvency. He has also worked on a number of cross-border matters. Melville’s industry experience is particularly concentrated in the distribution and automotive industries. His recent clients include one of the largest independent distributors of post for the USPO where he advised on financial and operational improvements which resulted in a successful sale of the business. He is currently engaged by a national distributor of food products to advise it on how to improve its distribution and warehouse footprint and develop a more sophisticated inventory management system.
