Ralph Suppa

Biography

Ralph Suppa is President and General Manager of the Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating (CIPH) based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. CIPH members are located across Canada and employ more than 20,000 Canadians. CIPH is the Canadian Association representing the interests of companies that manufacture, sell, and distribute plumbing, hydronic heating, PVF and waterworks products and services. CIPH wholesalers operate more than 700 warehouses and showrooms across Canada. Total industry sales exceed $6 billion annually. Ralph has played a key role in the development of CIPH programs and services since joining the association in 1988. He has worked closely with industry members, allied North American associations and government to help establish uniformity and harmonization of codes and standards. He was appointed President and General Manager in 2002. He has also played a key role in combining Canadian trade shows as they relate to the plumbing, heating, cooling, piping and electrical the lighting industry.
