Irina Konstantinovsky has worked on client engagements in all areas of organizational development and transformation; this work involves structural design, change management, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and their implications for leadership and talent. Her expertise is in the development and implementation of strategies, programs and interventions to ensure the alignment of business strategies with organization structure, culture, leadership and employee behavior.
Her recent engagements involved:
•Managing the global transformation of an operational division of a major airline including program management of seven workstreams involving communications, leadership interventions, employee involvement, capability building and metrics
•Designing and implementing a new HR service delivery model during a spin-off of a major financial service institution
•Providing overall change management and communication leadership during transformational processes including global restructuring, mergers, and spin-offs
•Re-design of the organization including structure, staffing levels, roles and responsibilities, individual competencies and job descriptions for a global consumer product companies
•Providing overall support during a redeployment and reduction of workforce including change management activities for employees related to the integration of two health care organizations; this work included re-design of the new integrated function
•Assuming overall management responsibilities for the HR function back-fill position of a health care organization going through a major business transformation to increase its strategic focus in alignment with new business requirements

Education and Credentials:
Before joining Towers Watson, she worked in the human resources division of General Electric, Capital Services. She was born in Argentina and moved to the United States to pursue graduate studies. Irina holds two master’s degrees from Cornell University, one in adult education and training and the other in human resources management. In addition to English, she speaks Spanish and Russian fluently.
