Jerone Jackson

Biography

Jerone Jackson has over thirty years of leadership in successfully building, developing, and managing sales organizations for increased revenue and profit. His extensive background includes strategic planning, forecasting, recruiting, team building, strategic account management, market and competitive analysis, budgeting, product development, consulting, and training. The James Paul Group is a performance improvement company focused on helping organizations in the areas of management, sales, and customer service. Driven by client issues and objectives, we design our recommendations utilizing proven solutions. The James Paul Group is an independent consulting and training group and an independent representative of Miller Heiman methodologies and programs. The James Paul Group has worked with clients in several industry segments including Financial Services, Technology and Software, Distribution, Medical Products, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Energy, and Consumer Products. Before joining Miller Heiman, he served as Vice President of Sales for Kinko’s, Inc., where he built a sales organization as Kinko’s expanded into the commercial documentation business. Jerone began his sales and management career in 1978 with the John Harland Company, where he held the position of Vice President of National Accounts before joining Kinko’s. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor degree in Education. .
