BiographyDavid G. Sarvadi is a partner with the Washington, D.C. law firm of Keller and Heckman LLP spending a significant part of his time practicing in the areas of Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety. Prior to passing the bar, he worked as an industrial hygienist in a number of different corporate and consulting environments and was a Certified Industrial Hygienist from 1978 to 2010. He has served on the corporate staff of both large and small companies in manufacturing, construction, and consulting firms with responsibilities for health and safety compliance. Presently, he represents clients before various state and federal regulatory agencies on matters ranging from comments on proposed regulations to administrative hearings on citations. He counsels trade associations as well as individual companies in matters relating to both general business and antitrust issues and health and safety activities.
