Shopping Cart FAQs

  1. Q: How does the new NAW online shopping cart work?
A: When you select an NAW publication via our online store and click “Add to cart,” you’ll be directed to an NAW login page. On that page, you’ll be asked to enter your e-mail address and password and then you can continue with your order.

  2. Q: What happens if I don’t know my password?
A: Just click “Forgot your password?” on the NAW login page and we’ll send you an e-mail with a link to a page where you can easily reset your password. If you logged in to our site before 9/1/2013, your password was reset during our shopping cart upgrade. Please click "Forgot your password?" on the login page or here to reset it.

  3. Q: If I find out that I don’t have an online account when I log in, how do I create one?
A: On the NAW login page, where it asks “Do you have an existing account?” check the circle marked “No. I want to create an account” and click “Continue.” You’ll be directed to an Account Creation page where you can create your online account. You’ll only need to create your account once. Then each time you return to our shopping cart to order publications, you’ll only need to log in with your e-mail address and password.
