    Ford is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with achievements in executive management, strategic business development and capital formation, marketing, professional services and product development initiatives across enterprise and on-demand software businesses. Ford co-founded Cloud9 Analytics (formerly Certive Corporation) in 1999, a SaaS Sales Analytics company with the industry's first truly on-demand analytics platform.

    He was CEO and co-founder of Relevance Technologies, an Internet technology semantic search startup, which was acquired by Documentum in 1998. From 1992-1995, Ford served as CEO of CE Software, a publicly traded software company best known for QuickMail, the leading email solution for the Macintosh. Before joining CE Software, he worked with Informix Software from 1988-1992, where as Vice President of America's Sales he managed hundreds of employees and was responsible for more than $150 million in revenue. He began his career with Arthur Andersen Consulting/Accenture.

    He holds a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University with an emphasis in Architecture. Ford is a member of the 2000 class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.

    President and Senior Consultant, The Huguelet Group LLC

    Mr. James W. Huguelet, PMP, is the President of The Huguelet Group LLC, a provider of strategic information technology consulting and project management services. Among his areas of expertise, he currently works with companies to assess the regulatory compliance of their payment systems, identify the strategic objectives that need to be accomplished, and then implement effective mitigation & implementation programs. His insights on PCI compliance have appeared numerous times in national publications such as Computerworld, Convenience Store News, & NACS Magazine and he has spoken on PCI at conferences such as NACS, NACStech, the PCATS Annual Conference, the SIGMA Executive Leadership Conference & Annual Meeting, the VeriFone Retail Payments Conference, and the VeriFone Customer Forum.

    Prior to his work with The Huguelet Group LLC, Mr. Huguelet was the Chief Information Officer of Aquascape, Inc., the largest manufacturer and distributor of products used in the construction of residential water gardens and water features in North America. Prior to joining Aquascape, James held a variety of director-level positions in sales, product development, and consulting management at IntegrationWare (later Practicity), a venture capital-backed software product and consulting company whose clients included Abbott Laboratories, GE Capital, McDonald’s Corporation, and the Walgreen Company.

    Mr. Huguelet received his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois and is a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) & Project Management Institute (PMI).

  • Stuart Levinsky
    Vice President-Development, Cincinnati Bell technology Solutions (CBTS)

    Stuart Levinsky is VP CBTS Canada and VP CBTS Product Development. Stuart came to CBTS through the acquisition of his company, Virtual Blocks, in early 2009. VB was an early developer of utility computing applications based upon VMware and served as the foundation for the CBTS Virtual Data Center (VDC). The VDC allows CBTS customers to access a public cloud infrastructure on demand (Lexmark, HCA, Accenture) or design private cloud implementations (G.E., Avnet).

    Prior to launching Virtual Blocks, Stuart was the Vice President and Co-Owner of Commerx Computer Systems, a 25 year old HP/SUN/EMC Reseller in Toronto. VB is the second spin-off company sold by Stuart; the first being Commerx Computer Solutions to AT&T Canada in 2001. Previous to joining Commerx in 1998, Stuart ran the Toronto operation for Kanatek; one of Sun’s largest resellers in Canada. His previous work experience includes 3 year stints at both HP and Sequent. His educational background consists of an undergraduate degree from the University of Denver, and an MBA from Toronto’s York University.

    Director of Interactive Marketing, ScanSource Inc

    Jami Mullikin assumed the role as Director of Interactive Marketing for ScanSource, Inc. in early 2010. Prior to joining the Company, from 1998-2010, Jami was co-founder and managing partner of two marketing and branding firms located in Greenville, South Carolina with client rosters that included The Home Depot, Ryobi Power Tools, Ridgid Power Tools, Maxfli, BMW Manufacturing Co, Raffles Resorts and Ritz-Carlton Residences. Jami holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Winthrop University.

    Kathy Rudy is Regional Consulting Director for Compass North America. She oversees client engagements and ensures the quality of Compass deliverables across all service lines. She has extensive experience in a variety of industry sectors. Kathy's areas of expertise include process maturity assessments, with an emphasis on the ITIL and Cobit frameworks. She also has extensive experience in service level management, service desk and desktop environments, sourcing and offshoring operations, and program and project management.
