CP Ryan is the Senior Director of Member Programs at NAW.
CP oversees the development and expansion of meaningful engagement opportunities for NAW’s members. Before joining NAW, Courtney served as the Program Manager at the Rumsfeld Foundation where she worked with graduate scholars to pursue careers in public service. She completed her M.A in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University in 2021 and has conducted research with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management focused on the successful onboarding and leadership development of virtual employees and removing barriers to entry within the federal government. She is originally from Ohio and is an avid Cleveland Browns fan.
