With decreased travel due to COVID-19 we are reexamining how we compensate for car travel for outside sales reps and managers. Is your program mileage reimbursement, vehicle allowance, vehicle provided or other? If you have used an outside company to administer your program, who have you used? Do rates vary based on geography? Did you change from a vehicle allowance or company car to mileage reimbursement and how did that go? Any feedback is appreciated!
