Biography

Rich Cleys has served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer since November ,2002. Mr. Cleys manages the Company’s Credit and Finance departments and plays a strategic role in helping the Company to continue to grow domestically and internationally. Prior to joining ScanSource, Mr. Cleys served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Lanier Worldwide, a worldwide distributor of office products based in Atlanta, Ga. Mr. Cleys also served as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer at A.B. Dick Company, a manufacturer and distributor of printing products. For seventeen years, Mr. Cleys served in various financial management roles with Gould, Inc., an electronic products manufacturer. Mr. Cleys graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a BBA and received his CPA in 1973. He is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts ( AICPA). Mr. Cleys has been a board member of St. Joseph’s Catholic School, Inc. since 2005.
