Timothy Lupfer

Biography

Tim Lupfer is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP, in the Organization & Change Practice. For the past three years, he has helped clients improve their ethics and compliance programs, with emphasis on the development and delivery of ethics training and on managing a comprehensive compliance program. Tim is a co-founder of the firm’s Ethics and Compliance Working Group, which coordinates the efforts of the firm’s different centers of expertise in compliance and governance. His recent clients include the United Nations, several financial services companies, and companies from other industries. Tim’s career in consulting began at McKinsey in 1995, which he joined after working at Macy’s as a Group Vice President. Prior to entering business, Tim served for twenty years as an officer in the US Army, where he, inter alia, commanded a tank battalion in combat in Desert Storm in 1991. Tim is a graduate of the United States Military Academy (West Point) and of Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
