WDPAC

WDPAC Political Action Fund (PAF)

Instructions for making a personal contribution to WDPAC's Political Action Fund:

  1. Meet Eligibility Requirement: Before proceeding, please make sure that you are allowed, by law, to contribute to this fund. Only U.S. citizens who are executive and administrative personnel of a company that belongs to the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) as a Direct Member, or that belongs to any of the associations that comprise NAW, may contribute. If you are not a member of this "restricted class," stop here. You are not eligible to contribute.
  2. Solicitation Approval: Federal Election Commission law requires you to provide us with your company's approval to solicit your voluntary, personal contribution. Simply click here to view the approval form. (If you cannot view the form, download Adobe Acrobat now.) Print it, complete it, sign it, and forward it to WDPAC by either FAX or mail at your earliest convenience. Your contribution cannot be processed until your company's approval form has been received by WDPAC.
  3. Make your contribution: Once you have verified that you are eligible to make a personal contribution to the Political Action Fund (see Number 1 above), and have printed, signed and sent the solicitation approval form to WDPAC (see Number 2 above), then you are ready to make your contribution.
