Sales and Marketing Optimization


The first Research Consortium organized and operated by the CRDBP began in early 2009, and it is pioneering research-driven educational programs on the topic of Sales and Marketing Optimization. It is a collaboration of 20 distributors from various lines of trade, who are conducting research with the objective of developing solutions to a common industry challenge by pooling their resources and achieve a common goal. The consortium is developing practical methodologies and tools that can be used by the consortium members to improve the effectiveness of their sales and marketing strategies and tactical planning. A two-day educational session will be developed based on the resulting knowledge, methodology, and tools.
